Room for rent

We're three girls looking for a new flatmate to share with us next year. We are all going into 3rd year and one of our current flatmates is going abroad for a year so were looking for someone to replace her for a year. Lease starts 20th June 2008 and is a 12months lease. We're all very friendly and up for a laugh!
