·        2 years diploma from international institute of hotel management, Gurgoan(India).   [2006-2008]

·        Cleared 10 + 2 from C.B.S.E Board(Secondary education with subjects English and Maths). [2005-2006]

·        Cleared 10th from C.B.S.E Board(Matriculation with subjects English, Science and Maths). [2003-2004]

 

 

Work Experience

 

  • Worked in bar in ‘International Food Festival’. [February 2007]

As a bartender,

  • Completed my Vocational Training for a month from Oberoi Maidens Delhi, (India). [December 2006- January 2007]

Worked in Front Office at reception area.

  • Worked as Bar Supervisor in ‘International Food Festival’. [February 2008]

Bar Setup, Allocation and Inventory.

  • Done outdoor caterings in many hotels.
  • Worked as Catering Supervisor in Indian Premier League (IPL). [May 2008- June 2008]

Buffet setup and service of drinks.

  • Completed my Industrial training for six months from Park Plaza Gurgoan, (India). [May 2007-October 2007].  

 

Worked in:-

 

F&B Service- Service of tea, Coffee, Morning and lunch buffet setup, 2 weeks in bar with my supervisor.

 

Housekeeping- Room making, Checking inventory and minibar.

 

Front office- Reservations, Filling C-form, Slotting.

 

Bakery- Receiving and storing inventory, Helping chefs in different preparations for buffets and Banquets.

 

Finance- Bills handling, Copy of BTC, Issuing cheques to the firms, Filing papers.
